How can I define a maximum number of instances to start in time based auto scaling?
Scalarium will only start time based instances where the time of day matches. So the maximum number of instances to be started by Scalarium is the number of time based instance you created.

Normal '24x7' instances or load based instances will not be started or stopped by the time based auto scaling mechanism of Scalarium. Normal instances are only started and stopped manually while the load based instances are handled by Load Based Auto Scaling.
The minimum number of running instances is the number of normal '24x7' instances that you manually started.
