Yes, go to the instance page and then click on "Trigger: Configure" via the "Actions" menu.

yes, per instance. I meant for all machines in a cloud ... sorry for misunderstanding

Currently no but it is simple to add.
Would you like this to be available in the UI or the API or both?

UI would be great. It's not a super high priority, but would be a nice-to-have ...

I second that! Would be great to trigger configure for all instance, especially for bigger clouds (going through 20 instances one by one is not really fast in emergency...).
