We have Ruby 1.9.3 packages prepared, but we only tested them with a very simple demo Rails app. You can try these out by adding the following custom JSON to the cloud in question.
You need to select Ruby 1.9.2 for these setting to take effect.
If these packages work for you, we will roll out the support in the UI.

Great. Any chance of getting p125 anytime soon?

The problem with the packages is that they are not as easily built as one would expect. Things that work for one release don't always work for the next one.
Did the p0 packages work for you? If so, we would just try to build p125 packages with the same settings.
