PHP app server bootstrap hangs

I can't seem to start PHP app server instances.
They are created correctly, but when starting, the process hangs at 'running setup'.
I tried several times en waited for a few days... nothing happens.

Configuration I used:
Standard Small
1.7 GB, 1 Core
OS 32bit Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

I didn't install any custom cookbooks.

Hope you can help me.

    I now booted an instance with ubuntu 11.10, and this started properly.
    There's no real need for me to stick to 10.04, so I'm fine.

    But it might help you guys fix things for PHP app server on 10.04, so i'll keep the instance running for a while

    From what I can see the instances are hanging on the git checkout. Are you sure the deploy key is correct?
